Headed by Sonia Martínez and Luis Fernández, Bridal Agency has been working for a year and a half to craft the most magical and unforgettable experience for us. Sonia and her team have answered every question, eased every concern, and guided us so thoughtfully throughout. (If you’ve been wondering how I’ve been so chill about all of this, she is why! - Aia) We are SO incredibly grateful and truly could not have done this without them. They’re family. Olga Ferrer

Christian knew Olga was IT when she sailed through treacherous waters (actually, literally) to capture his proposal while he was internally crashing out in the middle of the ocean during a storm (ask him for the full story). From the second we started working with her, we knew she understood us, our dynamic, and the kind of memories we wanted to hold onto forever. She will be capturing all the significant moments of the wedding day and our welcome dinner, working alongside an additional photographer and a videographer to make sure no detail is missed.

One thing I know, is that if you are as organized and as thoughtful as Ariel, I trust you automatically (-Aia). His careful attention to detail and necessity to know and learn about us as a couple, our family, and our friends shows the care he puts into making sure that music is the last thing we worry about day-of. One of the best days of our first “wedding planning” visit to Cartagena in 2023 was when Sonia introduced and took us to Premier to play house with our tablescape, chairs, tables, and many asks. We don’t think we heard them say no once when we asked if something was possible. Truly the warmest people with the expertise to help us bring our vision to life.
